We made our annual trek to the pumpkin patch and picked out a baby pumpkin for Katie, a medium pumpkin for Kyle, and a mommy and daddy size pumpkin for us. We carved a bat in Kyle's pumpkin and David carved a very intricate pirate in ours. Unfortunately in the Texas heat they only lasted about a week and poor Kyle cried when we had to throw them away. We'll have to wait until the last minute to carve them next year!

You can see that Kyle grabbed two right off the bat and then saw the larger ones. If it weren't for David we would have gone home with way more than three. I'm such a sucker for pumpkins!

Katie kept calling each pumpkin a ball and we had to try very hard to keep her from throwing them.

It's hard to believe how much he's grown. Just take a look at our pictures from the past three years...
