We spent a busy Mother's Day in Goliad and Floresville visiting both of our families. In Goliad we celebrated with a fish fry and the kids had a chance to swim in the hot tub. Then in Floresville they rode the mule with Tori driving (I can't believe she's so grown up already!) and chased Royce around the house with a slew of guns. We also had some exciting news to share with everyone - we're expecting the third baby Byrd to be here on my dad's birthday - December 26th. Talk about a wonderful Mother's Day present!

Oh my goodness!!! Congratulations! News of another baby should not be tacked on at the end of another post, by the way. It deserves its own special post, otherwise, we might miss it. I totally missed it and so did Megan until Sherry told us at lunch the other day. We so need to get together with ALL of our kiddos.
