This spring was busier than I had anticipated with a husband wrapping up his PhD, going back to work full-time, and taking care of three kiddos. Needless to say, the blog fell by the wayside. I'm back with a vengeance though and anxious to post about all that's happened during the past six months.
In February, David had the opportunity to present at a conference at Columbia University and I decided to take the kids to Goliad for a long weekend before my maternity leave came to an end. It was only Kenzie's second trip to Goliad and my first with all three by myself. Talk about an entertaining three-hour car ride!
