David and I had a rough time this year making it to the kids Easter egg hunts at school. I planned on attending Katie's and David planned on attending Kyle's but somehow we each ended up missing the main events. I did get to grab a group picture of Katie's class before they all headed back inside and I stayed for her Easter party. David made Kyle's party as well but we were both pretty bummed about the whole day. At least the kids had a great time and didn't seem to miss us all that much. They've collected their weight in candy and now that Lent is over I can help them ensure that it all gets eaten!
