I look forward to attending the parade in Goliad every year especially now that the kids can really enjoy it. We were so on top of our game this year that we showed up an hour and a half before it was supposed to start to get a good parking spot by my Uncle Freeman. We walked a block to eat breakfast tacos at Wanda's and then the rain came. Mom and dad had a DRT entry in the parade and kept us updated on estimated start times while we held out hope that it would stop. Unfortunately they ended up canceling it but we spent a great morning at my Uncle's house with my cousins. Let the countdown begin for next year!
